Our Company

Randwick Bloodstock Agency (established 1987) is a Hunter Valley (New South Wales) based agency, with affiliations and clients worldwide. We are a full service bloodstock agency, which specialises in the buying and selling of thoroughbred broodmares and broodmare prospects (minimum price $10,000). The agency's principals, Brett and Rachael Howard have spent all their working lives within the racehorse industry. Their knowledge and wealth of experience is constantly being utilised by many of Australia's most successful owners, trainers and breeders. They have operated at the highest levels within the industry, with Brett returning to the agency in 2006 after seven years with the world's number one thoroughbred organisation Coolmore Stud.

NICE NIGHT (NZ) - 3-in-1 Package
  • 3-in-1 Package - 1/2 sister to G1 winner BOUNDLESS.
  • By Champion Sire VOLKSRAAD, Broodmare Sire of SW's LIGHTS OF HEAVEN, BEAUTY FLASH, SATIN SHOES, ZARZUELA, FAZZLE, ZURELLA, etc.
  • NICE NIGHT is a half-sister to G1 NZ Oaks winner BOUNDLESS, and to SP NOTHING LIKA TANGO, PURRFECTION, OUR DANCE.
  • Grand-dam LIMITLESS (SIR TRISTRAM) won the G1 Brisbane Cup, she is the dam of SW's ZERO LIMIT, TWINKLING and is grand-dam of 2011 G1 ARC Easter Handicap winner VEYRON.
  • Her half-sisters are being given every chance at stud, BOUNDLESS has a 2011 PINS colt and is in-foal to REDOUTE'S CHOICE; PURRFECTION has a 2009 BERNARDINI colt, a 2011 WANTED filly and is in-foal to SEBRING; MALAKINI is in-foal to REWARD FOR EFFORT.
  • The family has been well sought after in the salesring too, BOUNDLESS sold for $700,000 in 2011 (in-foal to PINS), PURRFECTION sold for $250,000 in 2007 (in-foal to FLYING SPUR), PURRFECTION's 2008 FASTNET ROCK yearling filly made $150,000,
  • NICE NIGHT has 2009 and 2010 fillies by TALE OF THE CAT to run for her, she sells as a 3-in-1 Package, with her 2011 SHOW A HEART colt at foot, and in-foal to ORATORIO.
  • SHOW A HEART currently sits in 8th spot on the Australian 2yo Sires Table (by winners), and is 11th on both the Australian Sires Table (winners) & the Australian 3yo Sires Table (winners). He was Champion NZ Sire of 2yos in 2006/07. In 2011 alone his yearlings sold for $270,000, $230,000, NZ$190,000, $150,000, NZ$140,000, $135,000. He has 13 yearlings (9 colts) to sell at this weeks Magic Millions sale. SHOW A HEART's best runners include SW's TOORAK TOFF, HEART OF DREAMS, MIMI LEBROCK, DUAL CHAMBER, DISCREET, etc.
  • ORATORIO is a 3 time G1 winning son of the immortal DANEHILL, he was Champion 2yo of France and won 2 G1's as a 3yo, defeating the very best of his generation. At stud he has made an immediate impact, with SW's BANCHEE (G1), BEETHOVEN (G1), MANAWANUI (G1), TORIO'S QUEST, MOURINHO, UPSALA, etc. His yearlings have sold for NZ$375,000, $340,000, NZ$325,000, $300,000, NZ$240,000, $200,000, NZ$180,000.
  • SW 2yo SHOBOARD (LR AJC Keith Mackay H.) is by SHOW A HEART from a VOLKSRAAD mare, the same cross as NICE NIGHT's 2011 colt. While SW's SATIN SHOES, DINO MAK, GRACE PARK are all by sons of DANEHILL, from mares by VOLKSRAAD.
