Directions to RBA

Visits to RBA's farm and office are welcome. Please contact Brett Howard or Melissa Boswell to make an appointment.

RBA is located on a 50 acre farm, at 859 Sandy Creek Road, Quorrobolong, 10 minutes south of Cessnock, in the lower Hunter Valley.  RBA is located approximately 1.5hrs north of Sydney, 1.5hrs south of Scone and 40 minutes South-West of the Newcastle Airport.

From Scone

  1. Start - New England Highway, Scone, NSW
  2. Continue South on New England Highway, for approx 100km, travelling through Aberdeen, Muswellbrook, Singleton
  3. At Branxton (approx 20km past Singleton), turn right at first set of traffic lights to Cessnock. Follow signs to Cessnock.
  4. At Cessnock (approx 20km from Branxton), turn left at first set of traffic lights, then immediately right at next set of lights onto Vincent Street.
  5. Vincent Street becomes Quorrobolong Road. Continue along this road until it ends (approx 10km). Turn left onto Sandy Creek Rd at T intersection.
  6. Continue on Sandy Creek Road for 3.7km, where a gravel road to our property is on the right. When approaching this road, slow down when you see a white set of cattle yards on your left. These yards are almost adjacent to the start of this road.
  7. Continue to end of the 400m gravel road, through gate and proceed to RBA office, located within stables barn, just past the first house on the farm.

From Newcastle Airport

  1. On leaving the airport, turn right at traffic lights onto Nelson Bay Road, continue for approx 600m.
  2. At roundabout, turn right onto Cabbage Tree Road, continue for approx 15km.
  3. At traffic lights, turn left onto Pacific Highway
  4. Continue on Pacific Highway for approx 1.5km
  5. Immediately over bridge, turn right onto New England Highway, continue for approx 4.3km
  6. Bear left onto John Renshaw Drive, continue for approx 14km towards Kurri Kurri.
  7. Come to roundabout, turn left onto Railway Street, continue for approx 300m
  8. Turn left onto Stanford Street, continue for approx 10kms towards Mulbring & Sydney.
  9. Approx 800m past  the second Mulbring exit (on left), turn right onto Sandy Creek Road
  10. Continue on Sandy Creek Road for 8km. You will pass Whitings Lane on your left. Approx 500m past Whitings Lane turn left onto a gravel road to our property.
  11. Continue to end of the 400m gravel road, through gate and proceed to RBA office, located within stables barn, just past the first house on the farm.

From Sydney CBD - George Street

  1. From George Street, head north to Harbour Bridge
  2. Once over the Harbour Bridge, follow signs to Newcastle. Continue for approx 5kms.
  3. Take Pacific Highway Exit to Newcastle, and after approx 700m, turn right onto the Pacific Highway
  4. Continue for approx 13.5km and then turn right onto Sydney-Newcastle Freeway (F3).
  5. Continue North for approx 100km on F3.
  6. Take the Cessnock Exit. At T intersection 200m after Exit, turn left onto Freemans Drive towards Cessnock.
  7. Continue on Freemans Drive for approx 11kms.
  8. Turn left onto Sandy Creek Road.
  9. Continue on Sandy Creek Road for 8km. You will pass Whitings Lane on your left. Approx 500m past Whitings Lane turn left onto a gravel road to our property.
  10. Continue to end of the 400m gravel road, through gate and proceed to RBA office, located within stables barn, just past the first house on the farm.
